At Shubham Handicraft, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Returns Policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products
Handmade products made on special order
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund amount will be sent to the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

Product is damaged during shipping
Wrong item has been delivered
Product has manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
Shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.
